PAYEMENT PAR PASSAGE AU PÉAGE

« Monsieur le ministre, revoyez l’état des goudrons d’abord »

Le gouvernement du Mali, conformément aux recommandations de la Communauté Économique des États de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (CEDEAO), compte appliquer la décision du payement par passage au niveau des péages sur tous les usagers de la route. Cette mesure qui vise à entretenir les routes et les maintenir longtemps n’est pas partagée par les chauffeurs. Ceux-là dénoncent la mauvaise utilisation de ces fonds au regard du très mauvais état des goudrons.

Un voyage sur l’axe Bamako-Kayes nous a permis de découvrir l’état dégradant des routes et nous donne des questions sur l’utilisation de l’argent des péages.

Le gouvernement du Mali avait maintes fois repoussé l’application de la décision du payement par passage au niveau des péages. Face à la détermination des chauffeurs qui jugent cette mesure impopulaire et inappropriée, le gouvernement a reculé .

Pour les autorités, cette mesure(…)
