PROCESSUS DE PAIX AU MALI

LA CMA ET LA PLATEFORME RENFORCENT LEURS RELATIONS.

La Coordination des Mouvements de l’Azawad (CMA) et la Plateforme des Mouvements du 14 juin2014 d’Alger ont annoncé, le mardi 6 avril dernier, la création d’un Cadre Stratégique Permanant (CSP). L’objectif recherché est le renforcement et la concrétisation des relations entre les deux (02) groupes armés.

C’est un grand pas vers la paix, que la Coordination des Mouvements de l’Azawad (CMA) et la Plateforme viennent de franchir. Dans une déclaration conjointe des deux groupes armés publiée, le mardi 6 avril dernier, CMA et Plateforme ont annoncé la création d’un Cadre Stratégique Permanant dénommé (CSP).

À l’issue de deux (02) jours de concertation tenue, le 5 et 6 avril 2021, dans le but de renforcer leurs relations, les deux (02) groupes armés ont convenu de la création de ce cadre.

Selon  la déclaration, « le Cadre Stratégique Permanant (CSP) aura pour missions: concrétiser la mise en synergie des efforts en faveur de la mise en cuve diligente de l’Accord pour la Paix et la Réconciliation (APR) issu du processus d’Alger, opérationnaliser les mécanismes conjoints de lutte contre (…)
