CLÔTURE DE LA PREMIÈRE SESSION DE L’ANNÉE 2020-2021 DE LA COUR D’ASSISES

13 CONDAMNATIONS A LA PEINE CONTRADICTOIRE ; 07 CONDAMNATIONS A PERPÉTUITÉ DANS 81 DOSSIERS CONCERNANT 150 ACCUSES

Les travaux de la première session de la Cour d’Assises de Bamako, au titre de l’année judiciaire 2021, ont pris fin. L’événement était présidé par le procureur général près la Cour d’Appel, Monsieur Ladji Sarra, en présence du premier président de la cour, Aldjoumagatte  Dicko, de  Me Mahamane Koné , avocat général et plusieurs membres de la famille judiciaire.

La session qui s’est étendue sur une période d’un mois et demi a donc examiné quatre-vingt-un dossiers (81) concernant cent cinquante accusés (150). Cet examen a donné les résultats suivants: Peines de mort contradictoires: 13 ; Condamnations à perpétuité: 07 ; Réclusions criminelles à temps: 10 ; Condamnations à l’emprisonnement: 18 ; Acquittements prononcés: 14 ; Emprisonnement avec sursis: 26 ; Condamnations par contumace: 24 ; Extinction de l’action publique: 33 ; Renvoi à une prochaine session: 1 ; Amendes prononcées: 176.100.000 francs (…)
