 LE MALI REMBOURSERA 25,200 MILLIARDS FCFA LE 20 AVRIL 2021

La Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) avait annoncé le 6 avril 2021 à Abidjan le paiement des intérêts annuels et remboursement partiel du capital par le Mali de son emprunt obligataire dénommé « ETAT DU MALI 6,50% 2017-2024 » pour un montant de 25,200 milliards FCFA. Quant aux intérêts, ils sont fixés à 5,200 milliards FCFA et 20 milliards FCFA de capital.

Cadre de l’opération   Conformément à l’arrêté n° 2017-0445/MEF-SG du 03 mars 2017, le Ministre de l’Économie et des Finances a avait autorisé pour une période de 21 jours, à compter du 23 mars 2017, l’émission par la Direction Nationale du Trésor et la Comptabilité Publique (ci-après le “Trésor Public”) sur le marché financier régional de l’Union Économique et Monétaire Ouest Africaine (UEMOA), d’Obligations à taux fixes pour un montant nominal indicatif de 100 milliards FCFA.
