 LE RETRAIT DE L’ARMEE AU CŒUR DES PREOCCUPATIONS.

L’accord conclu entre les groupes armés en conflit dans la zone de  Niono le 14 mars dernier arrive à son terme ce jeudi 15 avril  à 00h00. Dans le but de trouver un accord définitif de sortie de crise, une nouvelle rencontre entre différents groupes armés  s’est tenue, sur initiative du Haut Conseil Islamique  du Mali, ce jeudi 15 avril 2021 à dans une localité de Niono. Le retrait des soldats de l’armée malienne à Farabougou occupe les préoccupations.

La localité de Niono, dans la région de Ségou fait face à une crise sécuritaire depuis un an. A l’origine de cette insécurité, les conflits qui opposent différentes communautés  dans la zone.

A Farabougou Dogofiry Niono, Dioura etc., les milices d’autodéfense ont été créées par les populations pour répondre aux représailles d’autres communautés soupçonnées de connivence avec les groupes terroristes. C’est justement à cause de ces représailles que Farabougou a été assiégé dans ses alentours par des groupes terroristes qui ont, pendant plus de 6 mois, imposé l’embargo sur cette population.

Grace à l’intervention du Haut Conseil Islamique du Mali sous l’égide de Moufa Haidara, un accord de cesser le feu verbal d’un mois  avait été obtenu le 14 mars dernier entre les groupes armés en (…)
