Le Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, M. Moctar Ouane a lancé hier, lundi 19 avril 2021, les travaux du Comité d’Orientation Stratégique (COS), à la Primature.

Il était accompagné par le ministre de l’Administration Territoriale et de la Décentralisation, Lieutenant-colonel, Abdoulaye Maïga, le ministre de la Refondation de l’Etat chargé des Relations avec les Institutions,  M. Mohamed Coulibaly, le ministre de l’Economie et des Finances, M. Alousseyni Sanou, le Secrétaire Permanent du COS, M. Mohamed Alhousseyni Touré, entre autres.

Le Premier ministre a rappelé que cette rencontre consacre la coïncidence entre le souhaitable et le possible. Pour lui, du 11 février à ce jour, ils ont accompli des bonds remarquables dans l’expression de leur engagement patriotique. Aux dires de Moctar Ouane, les hésitations ont été surmontées et l’inertie vaincue. « Nous l’avons fait tous ensemble pour la réussite de la Transition, mais surtout pour l’amour du Mali, un amour qui va au-delà des contingences politiques, des convictions idéologiques et des vicissitudes de l’histoire. C’est un truisme que de dire que sans vous rien n’est possible. Avec vous tout est possible. En cela, la date du 19 avril 2021 sera marquée d’une pierre blanche en ce qu’elle constitue la moisson des graines que nous avons ensemble semées au cours des trois derniers mois. Nous sommes donc acteurs de l’accélération de la cadence de la Transition. Nous devons tous être fiers de voir que le Comité d’Orientation Stratégique dont vous avez, dans votre audace politique, suggéré la création est maintenant sur les rails. Ses membres et son mode de fonctionnement sont connus. Il vous reste à adopter son règlement intérieur, je devrais dire votre règlement intérieur.
