UNE DRAISINE SANS FREINS COGNE UN GARDE ET FRACTURE SA JAMBE

Dans le dossier relatif à la relance du chemin de fer au Mali, parfois on a comme l’impression qu’on est sur une scène de théâtre. Au moment où certains sont au sérieux, d’autres farcent en faisant semblant de « mouiller le maillot ».

C’est dans cette sorte de tohu-bohu  qui n’est pas du goût du vice-président de la Transition, en charge des  questions de défense et de sécurité, Colonel Assimi Goïta que le vendredi dernier,  une draisine a été mise en marche sur les rails. Juste après une distance  parcourue, l’engin a « déconné »   au niveau d’une pente. Les techniciens sont quand même parvenus à dépanner la draisine. Puis que c’était au niveau d’une pente, il ne fallait pas plus pour que les freins lâchent. Du coup, sans frein, l’engin a pris le sens contraire. Donc c’était « le sauve qui peut ».

 En descente libre, la draisine est venue jusqu’au niveau de la Mairie du District exposant les usagers de la circulation, les cheminots, les techniciens à un danger permanent. Heureusement que l’engin n’a pas quitté les rails, mais malheureusement il a persécuté un élément de la Garde Nationale qui était sur sa moto Sanili. Ce dernier est sorti avec une jambe fracturée. Sa moto a été sérieusement endommagée.

Qui a donné l’ordre de  mettre en circulation cette draisine qui était défaillante ? Comment une draisine peut tomber en panne juste quelques minutes après son départ ? Qui ose entrer dans des engins de ce genre en mettant sa vie en danger ? Quelle est la part de responsabilité du Directeur Général de la (…)
