Pour la bonne tenue de l’élection référendaire au Mali prévue le 31 octobre 2021 selon le chronogramme du gouvernement de Transition, Dr Aboubacar Sidick Fomba, président du parti Alliance Démocratique du Peuple du Mali (ADEPM) non moins membre du Conseil National de Transition (CNT), a fixé sept (7) impératifs qui selon lui sont indispensables. « Organiser l’élection référendaire sans ces préalables c’est d’agir pour la partition du pays et à la préparation d’une nouvelle révolution populaire donc une nouvelle crise politique, sécuritaire et économique », précise-t-il
