LE COMITÉ D’ORIENTATION STRATÉGIQUE (COS) EN RÉUNION INAUGURALE, AUJOURD’HUI.

Créé par décret présidentiel et placé sous la conduite du Premier ministre,  le Comité d’orientation stratégique sur les réformes politiques et institutionnelles (COS) va tenir sa  première rencontre  inaugurale aujourd’hui  lundi  19   Avril 2021. Le  comité qui servira de cadre de concertation, se réunira au moins deux fois par mois. Il sera discuté au sein du  COS les points concernant, notamment : le parachèvement du processus de réorganisation territoriale ; la réforme du système électoral ; l’élaboration et l’adoption d’une nouvelle Constitution ; la poursuite du chantier de la régionalisation.

La création de ce comité consacré aux réformes politiques et institutionnelles poursuit un triple objectif : Créer un cadre inclusif d’échanges et de réflexions sur les réformes politiques et institutionnelles à mener pendant la Transition ; Impulser une dynamique et orienter la mise en œuvre des réformes politiques et institutionnelles ; Assurer la coordination et le suivi dans la conduite des réformes majeures à mener dans les domaines politique et institutionnel, conformément à la Feuille de route de la Transition et sur la base des leçons tirées des précédentes initiatives .

Composé de cinquante (50) personnalités, issues de la classe politique, de  l’université, de la société civile, du secteur privé, des syndicats et des légitimités traditionnelles ct religieuses ;  les membres du  (…)
