UN BUSINESS RENTABLE

Si tout le  monde n’aspire  pas à devenir un  mendiant   et souhaite être  indépendant financièrement, il  est bon de noter que la mendicité est devenue  un business qui ne dit pas son  nom.  Qu’il s’agisse des tours dans les familles, les bureaux ou au bord de la route, ils sont nombreux   ces hommes et femmes  à profiter,  à abuser de la bonté des citoyens  en transformant la mendicité en commerce.

L’inquiétude se situe surtout au niveau des  tous petits que les parents utilisent comme «gagne-pain quotidien».
