C’est un secret de polichinelle, la France et ses alliés Européens ont décidé de retirer leurs soldats engagés dans la lutte contre le terrorisme au Mali pour les redéployer dans un  pays voisin, le Niger. Une décision intervenue après quelques mois de tensions diplomatiques sur fond d’escalades verbales entre Bamako et Paris. En ce moment, le colisage des matériels des forces Barkhane et Takuba a même débuté dans les bases militaires de Gao, Gossi et de Menaka. En effet, beaucoup de gens sont perplexes par rapport à la capacité de l’armée Malienne à combler ce vide et craignent une escalade d’attaques terroristes dans le pays après ce départ.  A cet effet, nous avons tendu notre micro à Mme Maïga Adam Dicko, Directrice Exécutive de l’Association des Jeunes pour la Citoyenneté Active et de la Démocratie qui s’est prononcée sur la question avec des analyses.
