Après avoir écouté les différentes victimes lors des différentes phases des audiences passées , la réparation des victimes des crises maliennes était une obligation et une nécessité pour l’Etat malien. Ainsi, les locaux de la Commission Vérité, Justice et Réconciliation (CVJR) ont servi de cadre au président de cette structure, Ousmane Oumarou SIDIBE, d’éclairer la lanterne des Hommes de médias sur la politique de réparation des victimes de violation graves de droits de l’homme de 1960 à nos jours.
En effet, depuis l’indépendance du Mali en 1960, notre pays a connu plusieurs périodes de violence, qui ont notamment pris la forme de quatre coups d’État et de plusieurs conflits armés. Lors de ces différentes périodes de troubles, un degré important de violence a causé d’indicibles souffrances à la population. Au cours desquels plusieurs personnes ont été affectées se trouvant ainsi dans un état de vulnérabilité, et souffrent de séquelles physiques, psychologiques, sociales et économiques importantes.
