 LES OPÉRATIONS DE PRÉPARATION AUX DÉSENGAGEMENTS DE LA BASE DE GOSSI ONT DEBUTE

Apres le retrait annoncé par le Président de la République M. Emmanuel Macron le 17 février dernier la force Barkhane poursuit la réarticulation de ses forces hors du territoire malien, en coordination avec l’ensemble des partenaires, indique  un communiqué de presse du commandement en date du 11 mars 2022. Cette manœuvre logistique complexe est conduite en sécurité et en liaison avec les forces armées maliennes, tout en conduisant la lutte contre les Groupes Armés Terroristes.  D’après la note dont nous avons eu copie,  après l’étape de Tombouctou et Kidal les opérations de préparation au désengagement de la Base opérationnelle avancée (BOA) de Gossi ont débuté courant semaine dernière .  

« La semaine dernière a été marquée par la poursuite des opérations de sécurisation élargie des emprises et des axes logistiques et la neutralisation de Yahia Djouadi, haut cadre historique d’AQMI  », a rappelé la Force Barkhane. Et d’ajouter que : « Faisant suite aux annonces du président de la République du 17 février 2022, les opérations de préparation au désengagement de la Base opérationnelle avancée (BOA) de Gossi ont débuté.
